The staff is amazing, polite and very professional , hotel is near the city center. We stayed with our family with two small kids 4 years and 1 year old We checked in but after couple of hours we had personal emergency and needed to leave. The Manager was so polite that he told as that they will try to give us full refund even though we checked in. This is un heard off I was amazed and couldnt thakes them enough!!
The variety of breakfast at the facility was ample, but if you can tolerate the flies that come out when you want to get black olives, having a parking lot is a good thing, but since it's far from the city center, you still have to pay for parking in the city center.
Looks like a boutique hotel, located in the heart of a quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket and public transport in the vicinity. Performance venue area. Friendly staff, available for any request. Clean and tidy hotel. Large rooms. Outdoor pool (there aren't many hotels within a 3 km radius from the city center with an outdoor pool, for those for whom this is important). For those arriving by car, there is a small parking area in front of the hotel (I did not arrive by car, so I don't have additional details to provide).
