Excellent all round.

Excellent stay at Zafiro Alcúdia travelling as a family, 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 young baby. One bedroom deluxe suite catered perfectly for our needs, spacious, with small kitchen area (microwave, sink and hob). Excellent facilities for children, playground, bouncy castle, kids club (under 4s need to be accompanied by an adult) and kids pool with several slides, manned by life guards. Staff are exceptional - good level of English, extremely friendly and accommodating especially those in kids club and market restaurant (the buffet). Would definitely return, just when the weather is a bit more consistent! Kids pool g Heated .

I did not feel safe at Zafiro Palace Alcudia

Cons: On the 29th of July 2024 at 10:30 am, my two daughters, my friend, and I experienced a distressing incident at the Zafiro Palace in Alcudia involving a male staff member. While we were in our room with the balcony door open, a male worker entered our room through the balcony. I don’t know how he was able to get access to our balcony. I was in my underwear, and my children were naked. The worker pulled the curtain aside and stared at us. Despite my repeated requests for him to leave, he continued to look at us for what felt like an eternity. This was a blatant invasion of our privacy and amounted to sexual harassment. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel reception. Unfortunately, their response was disappointing; they merely apologized and stated that the worker shouldn't have entered our room without our knowledge. I am deeply dissatisfied with how the Zafiro Palace Alcudia handled this situation. Feeling safe is paramount, especially as a woman traveling alone with her daughters. Sadly, Zafiro Palace Alcudia failed to provide this sense of security. As a result, I will not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.
