Best holiday with family

This hotel was absolutely great, the staff was excellent from the cleaners to the reception. They sorted everything out right away. The waiters were great, the bartenders were also in every single bar 😉. The hotel was clean, we had a room with a pool in the new part. The room was beautiful, cleaned regularly every day, clean towels and a replenished mini bar. Finally, I would like to highlight the work of the animators. The kids really enjoyed the miniclub with Veta, Vika and Bibi. Every day there was a great program that they created together for the kids, every evening there was a minidisco. The kids really liked these girls. And finally the work of the boys, Hugo and Samschuit (I don't know if the name is correct) perfect volleyball, lots of fun. And of course the best Efe. This guy does everything to make your whole vacation better. The darts with him were always full of laughter. Our whole family loved him and we miss him already. This great team of animators is lead by another great guy Koray, you can see that they are a great team. Thank you and we will definitely come back to this hotel 🫶

Great experience!

We Stayed in this hotel with my family the hotel was clean with fantastic facilities two aqua park, which meant neither were over crowded customers relations were very helpful and assisted with late check out. We booked direct and had a swim up room which was fantastic. Rooms cleaned daily and mini bar stocked regularly and lots of water. Hotel was close to amenities however there is no reason for you to leave the hotel with good shops and the games centre on a night offering the kids plenty to do the staff there were great.

Very good experience in this hotel. RECOMMEND.

We were 2 moms with 2 boys of 6 years old. We had newly done room. Room was clean and newly done. Shower had 2in1 shampoo and shower gel. Lots of activities for kids and free ice cream for certain hours. Food was very good. Plenty of staff and all very polite and helpful. Everyday we got big bottle of water and some small bottles of sparkling water. Lots of activities for adults as well. All hotel Toilets were very clean and looked after. Only down side that alcoholic drinks were done with local drinks and mini bar in the room was not refilled.
