Wonderful place to stay everything was over and above and all staff are excellent the whole amenity was superb and the children had the best time.
We’ve stayed at many hotels across the palm but this is nothing short of outstanding. It was a wonderful trip for our family and the hotel made us feel like royalty! We will definitely be back!
Great stay with family , we would definitely go back , there is work going on in the hotel from 10 am - 6pm , this was not mentioned on our arrival. Could have been disruptive if wanted to spend more time in our room. Luckily not the case as out for most of the day every day. There is building work going on next door but didn’t really notice it. The pool area and service provided is excellent, the team do a great job. Also the food for breakfast & dinner is great with also excellent service. Have Been a few times before , will definitely look forward to going back.
