MAGICAL.

Our stay at Trisara far exceeded our expectations. The property, the room, the service and the food was unforgettable. The staff was so attentive to our needs. We brought our 2 young children and used the babysitters so we could enjoy massages, exercising and dinner so it really felt like a vacation. The kids club was also perfect and the staff was AMAZING there- our girls loved the toys and activities the babysitters did with them. The spa was beautiful and incredible. The masseuses were all amazing (catered to individual needs) - the Thai massage and facials were beyond- my favorite masseuse was Su. The food was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we live in Japan) - the staff at the restaurants were amazing and so kind to our kids. Highly recommend for families or for a romantic getaway.

They did something that no other hotel does!

Everything! The villas, the views and the facilities... and the staff was so friendly and fast. The airport pick up and drop off was amazing. And the hotel did something which is so rare and beautiful... our flight back was at 7pm so the night before i found a letter saying that they are offering us a late check out till 5pm (without even asking)... most other hotels make you feel bad for asking or try to take the opportunity to impose extra charges! This was incredible.

Luxurious service and the best in the area

I was stayed in rosewood hotel and anatara hotel , this hotel is the best worth value , and the stuff they are amazing they gave you free service even I. The airport, it’s better than rosewood and anatara , I recommend it , the swimming pool is the best , relaxed place
