An absolutely exceptional stay at The St. Regis Le Morne. Everything was flawless — from the impeccable room to the attentive service throughout the resort. The team truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Special mentions to Manisha, Jeshika, Bria and Mageemeye at breakfast and for lunch at the Boathouse — their service was outstanding and the attention to detail remarkable. Raj delivered fantastic service on the beach, always anticipating our needs. Chellen made our dinner at the Indian restaurant a memorable experience with his warm and professional service. A very special thank you to Joanne, our babysitter, who took wonderful care of our 4-month-old daughter with incredible gentleness and professionalism — she allowed us to enjoy a few moments as a couple with complete peace of mind. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be back.
One of the best holidays we had recently. Beautiful property that is very well managed. During our stay we had never been rejected with any type of requests we had, staff is genuinely trying to make sure your stay is just perfect. Breakfast is top quality in terms of food selection. Rooms are super well designed and very comfortable for families with kids. Beautiful sunsets and a very high quality selection of music entertainment. Great gym set up and cool electric bike that you can rent. Overall healthy food options across different restaurants. We really enjoyed the Teppanyaki show, the Chef was super fun and kind to our kids. Nice complimentary snorkeling experience. Beach and sunsets are fantastic and our favorite park. Management is always around and interested in speaking with guests. The kids club is nice and has toys for kids to play for some time. My older boys enjoyed the library room with the playstation and cinema set up, The hotel is working on further development of the entertainment room. Definitely coming back here, had a very special time
We had a truly fabulous stay at the St Regis. The property is stunning and set in one of the most magnificent parts of the island. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the team was exceptional, consistently kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Every single member of staff was wonderful, and their warmth towards our little boy made such a difference to our experience. It’s those thoughtful touches that turn a great stay into a memorable one. The breakfast buffet was the most impressive we’ve ever seen, generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. We genuinely loved our time at the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, especially to families travelling with children. The kids’ club is fantastic, and the butler team deserves a special mention, professional, responsive, and always happy to assist.
