This is one of the best service oriented resort in Phuket. I stayed here with my wife and 3year old daughter for 3 nights. At the check-in, we were delightfully surprised by upgradation of our room. The drinks by the bar was another exceptional experience. Food is delightful. Hotel buggy service to Patong beach is a convenience not to be missed. All in all, I would love to stay here again..
My family stayed in one of the two bedroom villas. It was one of the best Thailand experiences we had! Our villa was so quiet and the pool was amazing. We even used the hotel pool for happy hour and had a great time there too. I can’t believe how kind and helpful all of the staff are! The only recommendation we would have is that they upgrade their menu.
Hotel is old infrastructure, not clean If you choose panoramic ocean view its the worst you have to go 4 different elavator and that not mention in booking or hotel site Staff are not supportive
