Best family holiday we ever had!

We stayed at The Naka Island Phuket from March 20th to 28th with our two boys (5 and 7), and I can honestly say this was the best family holiday we have ever had. Coming from Dubai, especially given the current situation in the Middle East, this trip meant a lot to us - and from the very first moment, the team at Naka Island made an exceptional experience of our entire trip. Arriving at Naka was super easy; the speedboat transfer is smooth, well-organized, and sets the tone for what’s to come. From there on, every single interaction throughout our stay was simply outstanding. The level of hospitality and friendliness across the entire resort is something we have rarely experienced. What truly makes this place special is the people though. A special thank you to the breakfast team - Finn and the crew - who made every morning a great start to the day. The evening team, especially Ohm and his colleagues, created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere every night. Last but not least, the team at the Rum Chapel kept us perfectly looked after throughout the day with great drinks and service (who says no to a ice-cold Chang at 11am?). But what stood out the most for us as a family was the way the team interacted with our kids. Dome and his team at the kids club are simply exceptional. The care, energy, and genuine connection they built with our boys was incredible. Our 5-year-old still talks about Dome and wants to move to Naka Island and become a magician - there’s probably no better feedback than that. All in all, this wasn’t just a holiday; it was a truly special experience for us as a family. The combination of the beautiful island and above all, the incredible team made this stay unforgettable. I normally don’t write reviews, but this one is more than deserved. Thank you to the entire Naka Island team for everything you’ve done for us. We will 100% be back!

We could not have had a better stay. We were a family of 4 with two small children and we stayed for 5 nights. From arrival in Phuket to check out, everything was seamless. The breakfast is unreal and the location of everything needed (pool, beach, restaurants, cafe, kids club) is in one general area making it nice to not have to walk far within the resort. The entire team goes above and beyond and no small detail is missed. Emmy in particular was so amazing! Our 4 year old also enjoyed a couple hours every day at the kids club with many different activities put on (thank you to the kids club team, my son adored you). We will definitely be back in a couple years when our youngest can enjoy the kids club as well and we can enjoy more of the spa! Thank you to the entire team for making this trip to Thailand so memorable.

An absolutely unforgettable experience

We had an exceptional stay and truly one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Everything was beyond amazing — the atmosphere, the service, the comfort, and the overall feeling made this the most enjoyable and pleasant hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff took care of us in the best possible way, and a very special mention goes to our assistant, Ploy. She was with us every step of the way — kind, attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful. She supported us with our baby, helped with every detail, and made sure we always had everything we needed. A truly wonderful and caring person. The level of service deserves the highest possible rating. The restaurant food was excellent, the beach was beautiful and relaxing, and the room was simply outstanding — spacious, comfortable, and perfectly designed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we hope to return one day.
