Sunwing Bangtao Beach

We stayed at Sunwing in May for the second time. Everything here is just as welcoming, cozy, and convenient. You want to come back here because everything about this place draws you in: a great beach, and an incredibly responsive and friendly staff. Housekeeping is every day, with clean, fragrant, snow-white towels, and the bed linen smells fresh. Since our last visit two years ago, there have been some nice changes: a 7*12 store has opened just two steps away. Tops is still there. As for the entertainment program at the hotel, I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel management: a very strong and excellent program led by Oksana. Literally everyone joins in for aqua aerobics. Oksana is very positive and pleasant — she sets a wonderful mood from the very morning! Two years ago, there was also a poolside program, but someone else was leading it, and we didn't attend nor did it leave an impression. What they have now is truly memorable and vibrant. We always joined Oksana's sessions; unfortunately, we couldn't make it to Zumba. We were very happy to meet her! And the night saxophone on Wednesdays and Fridays is a special treat. Our family loves live music. We went as a family with our children. Our son absolutely adores the saxophone. It's just amazing to listen to live music with the sound of the waves in the background. The kids' animation is also excellent: our son spent time in the teen room, played darts and ping-pong with other boys, and even made keychains! Our daughter also really enjoyed the kids' club for younger children — the program is quite packed: face painting, making bracelets, and some beautiful paper crafts. Everything is great! We are absolutely delighted!!! And the children said that if they could, they would give this hotel 100 stars.

An excellent hotel for a family holiday

Awesome hotel. 1. Green grounds. Literally immersed in greenery. 2. Everything is very conveniently located and organized. Plenty of swimming pools. You can choose any. People with children usually hang out around the pool with a slide (it closes between 1 and 2 PM). There are two restaurants on the premises (fino and the main one, where breakfast is served). There's a nice children's area (you can leave your children there) with a sandbox and a playground. There's also a room for children 8+ (where master classes are held and there's a PS room). There's also a great gym, a room for group programs, and a soccer field/table tennis area. I liked that there's a designated smoking area near reception; smoking is prohibited elsewhere on the premises. There are waste recycling bins everywhere. There are also plenty of restrooms near the children's room. 3. Room I really liked the room. It's large and comfortable, and the furniture is very comfortable. Hotels always have poor furniture—like, one chair for everyone, or something like that. Everything here is perfect. There's a mini-kitchen, and they even provided a sponge and dish soap. There's a toaster, a microwave, and all the necessary utensils for heating food. Comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa. Our son slept on it. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but I think that's the case almost everywhere. A welcome fruit basket was left upon check-in—a nice touch. 4. Excellent location, although there are no massage parlors nearby outside the hotel grounds. Nearby there's a Tops, a fast food restaurant (we got food there, it was delicious), local restaurants, taxis, a currency exchange office, and shops with various goods. Prices are about the same as everywhere else. 5. Friendly and pleasant staff Russian-speaking staff available 6. Beach Someone wrote that the beach nearby wasn't great, but we loved it. The water was clean, and the sand was great. At the beach entrance, there's a huge container with sanding supplies. I recommend the hotel for families with children. It has everything you need for a holiday with children of any age.

Overall we had a nice time at the resort, the resort is a little dated, but overall a decent hotel in a nice location

Beautiful view from breakfast onto the beach. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly. There were several pools to keep the kids occupied. The balcony onto the pool was helpful whilst watching the kids The food in the restaurant was great and very well priced
