A very unpleasant stay; service and management need improvement.

I didn't like anything about this hotel except for its location near the Dubai Mall, just a few minutes' walk away. I booked a family room, and my mistake was not noticing the mirror that made the room look bigger, because the bunk bed is actually, I suspect, an old wardrobe or a converted storage unit. My 11-year-old son couldn't even stretch his leg out. I'd like to meet your architect who designates half the room as a bathroom (which is far too large, 50% of the total area) and a ridiculously small space for two adults and two children.

It was clean! Great location and best stuff ever! Food is tasty!!! And add with heart ❤️ All our requests were resolved 🙏 We had a great time here. If you want to stay in down town Sofitel is the best decision. Metro, taxi, free parking and direct link to Dubai Mall!! Thank you all, who works so hard these days🫶🫶🫶
