Decent facility crap service

It is a decently nice hotel. Fine facilities. However the customer service is terrible. We paid to upgrade our room. They said they would move our luggage to our new room and did not. The manager had a snarky attitude stating we had to be present to receive our luggage. Obviously we would have been present if we were told. I then requested a crib for our daughter and they never brought one even after 90 min and calling 4 times. The hotel restaurant is comparable to collage town food and drinks.

Alessandro was amazing and super accommodating. We arrived Mother’s Day weekend and even with the beach being super packed Alessandro found us an excellent spot and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Alessandro!!
