Selectum Family Comfort Side

Our family recently spent 10 wonderful days at Selectum Family Comfort Side, and I can honestly say this was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. Part of our family traveled from Russia and part of us flew in from the United States, so this trip was very special for all of us. We were also traveling with two very young children (1 and 2 years old), which can sometimes make vacations challenging. However, from the moment we arrived, the entire team at the hotel made us feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. One of the things we appreciated most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. Whether it was a simple question or a special request, the team was always attentive and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic for both children and adults. Our kids loved the water park, the children’s club, the mini disco, and the amusement park. We were especially impressed that the kids club operates from morning until late evening every day. Even though our children are still very young, there was always something for them to enjoy and explore. As parents, that made our vacation much more relaxing and enjoyable. The beach was another highlight. There was always plenty of space and available sun loungers, which is something that cannot be said about many resorts. One day we rented a cabana and had an amazing experience. It became one of our favorite vacation memories. The food deserves special recognition. Every day offered something new, fresh, and delicious. We also had the opportunity to dine at both the Turkish restaurant and the seafood restaurant, and both experiences exceeded our expectations. The quality, presentation, and flavors were outstanding. We stayed in the Lake House area, and I absolutely loved it. The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. It felt like a perfect combination of luxury and comfort.

Not what we expected reading the reviews

We arrived around 10am since our flight was early, they told us our room will be ready at 1pm and it was ready after 2pm they saw us that we have three little kids two of which are babies and still they couldn’t do anything to check us in on time. The main part of the hotel were nice, renovated. The rooms was pretty bad floor had stains all over. Bathroom door had mold the cabinets were peeling. I couldn’t leave our clothes in the wardrobe since it looked dirty. The beach/sand is not very good for little kids. It becomes deep pretty near the shore. They didn’t clean our room for three days. The kids are sleeping at noon and everyday they were trying to clean the room at 2pm. Food was ok, only thing was that there was not much diversity of fruits and kids food was mostly fried things. The only thing kids enjoyed the most was the aqua park and the evening entertainment. But I guess now that everywhere the prices are going up , maybe the price was ok for this experience. We’ve been in few hotel in Turkey and they were for sure better.

Kids Club and Hotel Review

We had such a wonderful experience at the kids club during our holiday, and that’s all thanks to the incredible staff — especially Deniza, Melisa, and Ayda. My son has absolutely loved going to the kids club every day and always came back with a big smile, excited to share everything he had done. It’s clear how much care, energy, and enthusiasm the team puts into making each day fun and memorable for the children. From the moment we arrived, Deniza, Melisa, and Ayda were warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They created a safe, happy, and engaging environment where every child felt included and valued. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and attentive they were — not just supervising, but truly connecting with the kids. It gave us great peace of mind as parents and allowed us to fully relax, knowing our son was in such wonderful hands. The hotel itself has been fantastic — everything from the facilities to the atmosphere has made our stay so enjoyable. We’ve had a truly great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. We would also happily return again in the future.
