We had a fantastic stay at SAii Laguna Phuket and would 100% return. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their warm attitude really made the trip special. One thing we really appreciated was that drinking water was available at all times. It was incredibly convenient, especially in the heat, and great to see the hotel taking a more sustainable approach. We stayed in a Laguna View room, which was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of space, everything was very clean, and it had all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The pool area was fantastic, well maintained, clean water, and a really fun water slide that the kids loved. It was also refreshing that there wasn’t much sunbed reserving, so finding a spot was never an issue. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Do watch out for the occasional jellyfish, but otherwise it was a highlight. The included activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing were brilliant. We actually preferred spending time in the sea rather than the lagoon. Breakfast was consistently good, with plenty of variety and everything tasting fresh. On one morning when we had to leave early at 5am for an excursion, the hotel kindly arranged a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, an excellent experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
We have had a fantastic stay at Saii Laguna Phuket. Our daugther really enjoyed the kids club where she immediately felt safe and comfortable. All the staff at the kids’ club, Aom, Rain, Lita, Mine, Mookic, and Dream, truly made our daughter’s week unforgettable. We are genuinely happy and grateful for the warm and wonderful care.
