Very disappointing and overpriced family resort with rude staff, poor service, endless extra charges and almost nothing

The rooms themselves were modern and the outdoor areas looked nice visually. The weather was great during our stay and the hotel location was decent. Apart from that, unfortunately very little stood out positively compared to many other 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed at in Spain and Greece.

I am going back in 2 weeks because I feel so good there!

The friendliness of the staff, the pools, the room, the breakfast buffet. I want to thank them for the attention they had towards my son by leaving a nice birthday cake in our room with a little note even though I hadn't asked for anything!

Second time and not the last

It was already the second time I went, and this time with half board. The best part is the spacious room, the tranquility, and its great and varied breakfast. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel's services are very extensive.
