Best stay ever

Best place we have ever stayed in. Looks amazing, staff are really dedicated and the kids facilities were exceptional! Entertainment throughout the day and evening shows were amazing. Lots of talented people who put their heart in what they do. Food and drink brilliant and plenty of area to have it.

Great for families

A hotel with a heart and great passion. Entertainment 5*. So much content. Could do with more speakers for evening shows. Hygiene 5* Food 3*. No dietary info and limited options for vegans. Food often cool. Room size 5*. Room condition 3*. Bit tired. Hot water on tap unlike some other hotels we have been to. Heated pools. Sun beds very comfortable. Free trip to a waterpark was a big winner.
