Worth it and will visit again.

Offered everything a family could want or need. Location is beautiful with a small walk down to the beach with a food/drink, facilities and loungers available. If looking for an escape of the resort prices, there are restaurants and shops just outside the gates. No taxi required.

The hotel management reacts exemplary and commendably.

For my ten-member family, I reserved a house at Pine Cliffs Village. When we had to move from there the day after our arrival due to technical issues, the hotel management responded immediately and offered two very luxurious apartments that left nothing to be desired. From that moment on, an overall rating of 9 - 10 would certainly be appropriate. The measures taken for us, as well as the attentions shown to make our stay as positive and enjoyable as possible, exceeded our expectations more than we could have hoped for. I would describe the management's response as exemplary.
