The beginnings were more than wonderful from the moment we were greeted by Mohamed Mahmoud, the cheerful and courteous young man who gave us a free upgrade to a family suite with a charming view of the Red Sea and personally accompanied us to the room. Checking in and out took no more than a few minutes. The beach is very beautiful and sandy, and getting around the resort by boat, bike, or floating duck is extremely smooth and an enjoyable experience. The facilities are excellent and clean, and the water park is very beautiful, suitable for all ages, and an expansion is being carried out and a new section will be opened soon. The staff in all facilities, whether at the beach, pools, water park, restaurants, bars, or room cleaning services, are all helpful and do their utmost for the happiness and comfort of the guests. The food is diverse, with many restaurants and excellent taste in all meals, snacks, ice cream, and popcorn available, along with fresh juice at breakfast. What sweetened the dining experience is the section dedicated to all kinds of delightful desserts. The animation and daytime and evening parties are more than entertaining and wonderful for all ages, and there are kids' clubs available. To conclude, we waited at the hotel until 4 o'clock, had lunch, and stayed until our flight time. They offered us to wait in the room, but we didn’t need that. Thank you, Dana Beach, for this wonderful stay.
Everything was generally great. The staff is truly excellent and very helpful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, and the baked goods and pastries were absolutely exceptional!
They have a variety of food and in an excellent quality. The food taste so yummy. The beach is sandy and very long. We had a great time there. All the guys there are very helpful starting from the reception and their manger Mr.Mohamed to Mr.Atef the restaurants’ manager and every single one was very cooperative and nice. Even the aqua park was really very enjoyable 😍
