Great family vacation experience

We have just returned from our vacation, and we would like to say that we really liked the hotel: it offers good service, a responsive and friendly attitude toward guests, clean grounds, and varied food. We were very satisfied with the hotel’s kids’ club! The team is professional and competent. Special thanks to Elena for her friendliness—she always greeted us with a smile and was readily available. The animators: Assem, Cookie, Marina, Natalya, and others are very friendly and always found ways to engage and entertain the children. Our kids couldn’t wait to return to the club, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in safe hands. For the fifth time

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday! We have been here many times. Everything is very well thought out for children: a kids' club, animation, heated pools and, of course, meals. The hotel's infrastructure is very good, as all restaurants and recreation areas are very conveniently located. Any request and wishes of the guests are given due attention. Animation for adults and children has made the holidays active and varied. At the same time, the work of the staff has remained at a very high level all these years. I would especially like to mention the professional work of Tina, a girl working in animation. Thanks to her caring participation, our vacation was not only good, but also very interesting.
