Our stay at One&Only The Palm was simply exceptional. We travel a lot and have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but this was by far the best hotel we have ever experienced. Everything was absolutely perfect — the stunning location, the beautiful facilities, the atmosphere, the amenities, and above all the extraordinary staff. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed and cared for in every possible way. The food was also outstanding and a true highlight every single day. We were traveling with our little daughter, and she felt incredibly comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay. Even though there were not many children at the resort, the staff treated her with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care that she never once felt out of place. In fact, the team was far more attentive, friendly, and heartfelt with her than we have experienced in many dedicated family resorts. That truly touched us and made our stay even more special. This was not just a vacation, it was an unforgettable experience and pure relaxation. Every detail was flawless and every moment felt special. stunning Resort and impeccable service.

My favourite staycation resort — effortlessly luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The private pool rooms, set right on the beach, make it perfect for both relaxation and family time. The kids love moving between the pool and the sea, while the lush greenery and birdsong create a truly serene atmosphere. Impeccable service, and the spa is exceptional. It’s our second home and we love it .

Everything was sensational, especially the kids club - they were truly amazing, going above and beyond for our little 1yr old.
