The staff was superb specially Mr. Koti , in the front desk who made sure that my request was arranged accordingly. And also one Filipina front desk staff during checkout, who made sure that she asked about feedback.
The location is very near to Sharjah Expo Center. The pool is clean.

The gym facilities were excellent—well-equipped, clean, and accessible at convenient hours, making it easy to keep up with my fitness routine while traveling. One of the standout features was the PlayStation access, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay, especially during downtime. Room service truly exceeded expectations—prompt, professional, and the food quality was outstanding. Every order arrived quickly and exactly as requested. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
