The rooms definitely need some maintenance. ( balcony door didn’t lock, bath tub corking needs attention etc) . But overall the rooms had everything you would need. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic, especially for children. Kids club is pretty average. The toys and equipment are very dated and there’s no option to leave the kids there without an adult in attendance. The breakfast is amazing. All tastes and cultures are catered for. The standout is the staff. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the reception staff and catering couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In particular Khom in the breakfast room and also A in the pool area were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Great size of swimming pool and kids’ swimming pool, deluxe room is clean and spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable enough, aircon is cold and strong, housekeeping is amazing since we don’t have to keep asking extra towels for kids, close to shopping mall and beach just few minutes walking
