We had such a fantastic stay at Novotel Kata Avista and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. A special mention has to go to Tae in the kids club – she was absolutely amazing with my children, Maddison and Layla. They adored her and looked forward to seeing her every day. The activities she organised were brilliant, from necklace making to T-shirt painting, and she made everything so fun and engaging. It really made our holiday extra special knowing the kids were so happy and well looked after. The children loved giving her some thank you sweeties on our last night! We also loved spending time at the Canopy Bar, where Pla was so friendly and fantastic with the children. She always went out of her way to make us feel welcome and made the experience even more enjoyable for all of us. The children also made sure we left lots of sweeties for all the Canopy Bar staff, and a bracelet in our room with a note for Pla. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, with great facilities for families. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone, especially those travelling with children!
The pool was great. Breakfast was served for a long time, and they were flexible with scheduling. The shuttle bus driver connecting Kata Beach and the hotel was very pleasant.
