Sehr gutes Hotel mit einigen Mängel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Wir sind um ca. 2 Uhr morgens angekommen und haben festgestellt dass kein Wasser im Zimmer war. Auch das separat gebuchtes Bett für unseren Sohn war nicht aufgestellt. Auch finde ich, dass man in ein Mövenpick Hotel nicht über 5€ für ein Kugel Eis bezahlen sollte! Auch andere Aktivitäten wie zB Minigolf im Hotel waren zu bezahlen. Ich kenne sehr viele andere Hotels, dass diese Gratis angeboten werden. Generell fanden wir die Preise sehr überteuert. (Für ein Orientalisches Tee in der Sky Bar über 12 € zur bezahlen und dann festzustellen dass es ein einfache Beuteltee ist finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Auch fanden wir sehr Schade dass das Schwimmbad um 17:00 geschlossen wurde.
Hotel surrounded by a lot of greenery. Staff professional and friendly. Food very good offering big variety. Value for money and recommended for families.
Lovely hotel but disappointed that our requests were not met. Asked for all three rooms to be on the same floor due to family travelling together but were all separate until the eventually put two rooms on the same floor. Upgraded 2 rooms for a better view but my room wasn’t upgraded and had a view of building works and a crane! Small matter but would of made a huge difference to my review.
