Maxx Royal Bodrum is an amazing property. All the facilities are wonderful and the staff are on it, exceptional service with a smile. We are especially grateful to lovely Sha, Illpoalita and Ali who have been so caring and for going out of their way to making our stay extra special. The Laguna Rooms are beautiful, spacious. The gym and spa is amazing you can spend a lot of time there. Maxxi Land was fantastic for my children, open 9am-2am - incredible. They just take your kids and look after them so well with regular updates. The great thing is that the hotel is quite big so you never feel overcrowded either and you certainly don't feel like you are on a family resort - everything is very smart and child-friendly but not a kid-show if that makes sense! There were plenty of couples too, and lots of grown up spaces and entertainment, although kids were welcome everywhere. You cannot fault this hotel. It is very expensive yes, but worth every cent. We highly recommend it and will return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maxx Royal Bodrum, and I cannot speak highly enough of both the hotel and its remarkable Max Assistants Asli, Inonu, and Mehli. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that truly surpassed all expectations. First and foremost, the Max Assistants at Maxx Royal Bodrum are genuinely dedicated to ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for every guest. Asli, Inonu, and Mehli went above and beyond to cater to my every need, offering personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay. Their exceptional attention to detail and professionalism truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. The luxuriously designed rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and the comfort of the bed ensured a restful sleep every night. The resort's extensive facilities, including multiple pools, a private beach, a spa, and various dining options, cater to both relaxation and entertainment, leaving guests spoilt for choice. Dining at Maxx Royal Bodrum is an experience in itself. The culinary offerings are diverse and of exceptional quality. The numerous restaurants provide a wide range of cuisine options, including international delights, all prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients. The breakfast is an absolute standout, offering an extensive selection of both local and international delicacies to start the day on a high note. A particular highlight of my stay was the Maxx Assistants' ability to personalize and customize experiences. They personally ensured our surprise celebration for my daughters birthday was managed exceptionally. The Maxx Assistants' commitment to going the extra mile truly sets Maxx Royal Bodrum apart from other hotels.

I stayed at Maxxroyal in Bodrum from June 26 to July 2, 2024. Generally, the hotel is very luxurious, with a great beach, pools, gym, and many amenities. However, we found a few serious problems with our room as follows: There was a panel that divided the room into two sections. One side faced the windows and was very bright, while the other side, which included the bathroom, mirrors, and closet, was extremely dark with very poor lighting. We could hardly see our clothing, and the magnifying mirror was fixed, so we couldn’t move it to the brighter side of the room. There was a step a few meters from the window without any lighting or sign, making it easy for anyone to trip when stepping towards the window. The labels on the switches were black on a black background, making them difficult to read without turning on our mobile flashlight. There was no shelf for towels.
