Our stay was extremely pleasant, characterized by comfort, tranquility, and impeccable service.

We had a truly excellent experience. The presence of tourists in the facility was 80% Russian / Ukrainian and 20% European. The staff, knowing that we were traveling with a child under two years old, was extremely caring and assigned us a Deluxe Front Preferred Room, located in the most convenient position possible, very close to all services: restaurant, pool, and beach. This attention was greatly appreciated. The apartment was presented as very beautiful, well-kept, and above all spacious, perfect for our family needs. However, what made the stay really special was the staff: always smiling, available, and attentive at all times. From the cleaning staff, always precise and friendly, to the chef who prepared excellent omelettes every morning with passion, to the lifeguard and beach staff. Not to mention the security personnel, who ensured a calm and safe access to the facility. Everyone, without exception, proved to be nice, polite, and professional. Impeccable service that made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this facility!

Hello, We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel with my wife and son. First of all, I can honestly say that the staff’s attention and hospitality were truly outstanding. When you mention an issue or request to one staff member, another staff member is already aware of it the next day and immediately responds accordingly. Nothing is left unresolved, and there is clearly strong follow-up and coordination to help guests in the best possible way. Due to our flight schedule, they were very helpful with early check-in and allowed us to enter an available room earlier than expected. I would especially like to thank Mr. Gamel, the night reception manager, for his kindness and support. In addition, the responsible manager Mr. Amr Yousef approached every issue with a very solution-oriented attitude. Our room request and room change were handled very quickly and professionally according to our situation. They also made a very kind gesture by helping us with airport transportation and arranging a vehicle for our taxi request on our departure day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and premium holiday experience. Another great advantage of the hotel is its location. Compared to many beaches in Sharm, the sea becomes deeper gradually, which is very comfortable for families. Also, there is a beautiful reef area with colorful fish within a very short distance, making the sea experience truly amazing. Thank you again for everything.
