Fantastic family friendly hotel. Not too “kids orientated” - great balance! Various pools to choose from. Non motorised water sports complimentary every day for 30 mins. Various options for dietary requirements. If you visit the Asian restaurant is a must!

Overall the hotel is nice, surrounded by mountains with spectacular sea view. It’s newly refurbished, especially the rooms were beautifully designed. Pros: Access to restaurant dining, the food was delicious in most places Additional perks if you have booked superior stay (e.g. boat trip, small treatment in their SPA, beach bag, little presents for kids etc.) Kids aqua park (water in the pool could have been wormer though) Cons As the hotel recently opened after winter, we felt that the hotel was understaffed and some of the amenities were not available (yoga sessions, wine testing, restaurants closed etc.) Kids club was at a very poor standards, little choice of kids activities, lack of organisation and late events, staff not trained. Also it was surprising that there was no outdoor playground for kids Spa facilities and amenities average Food choice at the buffet repetitive and basic

This was our second visit having also stayed in June 2023. The hotel is very well kept and beautifully presented. Immaculately clean (and I’m very particular!). We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and functional and had a beautiful terrace with sunbeds overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the rooms were not well sound proofed and you can every toilet flush and tap run from neighbours. The signature life programme didn’t feel as luxurious this time round as the complementary beach bag and child’s gift was missing and turn down service was non existent. Small little things but they did make it feel more special last time. The drinks service in the buffet restaurant and all bars was still a little slow but towards the end of the week there did appear to be more waiting staff present. The snack bar at the pool was excellent quality and food at the buffet restaurant was good. Staff were friendly, in particular Jim at the pool bar and Manos at the M Bar who went above and beyond. The head chef in the buffet restaurant was excellent and catered well for my requirements as I have coeliac disease. He also deserves recognition for going above and beyond as nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has become very family friendly and I would not recommend this as a relaxing holiday for couples or honeymooners. The hotel is perfect for families with young children.
