Our stay was very beautiful and comfortable; we celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and we were impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail in all the hotel facilities. The hotel is very suitable for families and children, and my children especially enjoyed the Kids Club, which includes a dedicated swimming area and activities, making their experience extremely enjoyable. One note I would like to share is that the hotel offers many diverse events and activities, but they were not clear enough to us, and we were not guided to their locations or how to take advantage of them upon arrival. The hotel also features several excellent restaurants, but many services and activities require advance booking or additional fees, which was not clear to us from the beginning. Even some basic services, such as delivering drinks to the room, were available for an extra charge. Additionally, my daughter often fell asleep during dinner time, and I had difficulty taking food with me to the room due to the lack of suitable plates or sealed containers for preserving and transporting food. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and the hotel has excellent facilities for families; I just wish that the additional activities and services, along with booking requirements, were explained better to guests upon check-in. Excellent value for money, plenty of food, delicious patisserie, lots of activities and entertainment. Tried also ala carte restaurants (Turkish, Fish, Italian) and liked all of them. Welcoming staff, and added bonus for full day activities at the kids club.
In general the hotel was clean swimming pools as well , rooms are small and the AC its not working properly although the widow was closed the hotel tried to fix it but it didn’t work. Food was various but repeated everyday Front desk staff is not helpful or friendly not even smiling There is no control if strangers comes from next hotels through the beach area I can’t describe the hotel as deluxe as it’s not focused to children as kids needs always happy stuff to them I would like to thank ELİF in guest relations she was so friendly , helpful, kind and she solves any problem that you have she made our stay amazing
