Retreat like experience for a family of 3

It was a great stay for as a family of 3 (me, my husband and a 5-year-old). We got everything needed in an instant - forgot your kid's towel? Here you are. Umbrellas? Get them anywhere (not only at the lobby). But most importantly- your child is absolutely in love with the people and the place. Trampolines, movie nights, arts and crafts, you name it. Special thanks to Aung, Nim, Duean, Mook, Pai and May from the kid's club- you truly made this trip unforgettable and well worth it. Adelina from Belarus says hello:) Way to go, Le Meridien Mai Khao. High rating for the buffet and Songkran event

Second visit to the property. Excellent Titanium recognition with a seamless room upgrade. The loyalty benefits were well-executed and appreciated. Service: Special appraisal for Mai, Ae, and Por at Ocean Kitchen. Their attentiveness and professional service made every meal a pleasant experience. Dinner Buffet: High quality throughout the stay. Songkran Special: The Songkran buffet was a highlight, featuring a great selection and an engaging cultural show. Activities & Facilities: Both the cooking class and Thai boxing sessions were wonderful and well-organized. Kids Club: Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. They managed my child with care, providing a safe and engaging environment.

Small family hotel

The hotel is newly renovated and staff was very nice. The lady in the kids club was great with kids and kids club itself is quite good. I liked that there is outdoor section which is very safe and protected from rain. The pool slides quite good and safe for little kids. The beds in room were very comfortable.
