Minus the best

The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful — just a short walk from a beautiful beach and the promenade, and conveniently close to the airport. The views are stunning and create a perfect holiday atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of attractions, and the Magic Team deserves special recognition. They take great care of both children and adults, and I truly admire their work. Mario, in particular, is an excellent animator who brings so much energy and joy to the guests. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Although it would be good to pay a bit more attention to details such as cleaning under the beds or washing the curtains from time to time, the housekeeping staff did a solid job overall. The restaurants, bars, and waiters were outstanding. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh. There were also many activities for children and a fantastic aqua park, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of clear information regarding the use of facilities across the neighboring hotels. At Coral, I was told that the all‑inclusive package allowed access to all attractions, bars, and restaurants in the nearby hotels. However, on several occasions staff members asked for additional payment. It seemed to depend on the person you spoke to, which should not be the case. This policy needs to be clearly communicated and transparent for all guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and with clearer information about shared facilities, it would be truly perfect.

Perfect recovery

The buffet food was tasty and varied at any time of the day, also for vegetarians. The service staff was absolutely charming and child-friendly. The chefs were excellent. Overall, the staff was not only friendly but cheerful and helpful. The facility was tip-top clean and well-maintained, the gardeners and maintenance workers gave their all. Reception was helpful, animation was fun, and lifeguards were on the ball. The location by the bay is dreamy. The beach is immediately reachable, with a gently sloping area - ideal for children and beginner swimmers. For snorkelers/divers, there is a house reef with dock access. Beautiful colorful fish, turtle, blue-spotted stingray, etc. For those who prefer pools, there are several, including heated ones. We particularly liked the one with a view of the sea and sunset. There were plenty of loungers at the pool and beach. The hotel is part of a complex with various resorts. In the middle, there are plenty of souvenir shops for shopping. For all inclusive hotels, there is a large water park. Great slides for all skill levels plus lifeguard supervision. All in all, a super stay. We want to come again.

The property is new, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed with our family and had a great time. The staff were very friendly, especially with our little girls. Excellent restaurant and bar service, with a wide variety of food and daily specials with chefs constantly cooking (Arabic bread, crepes, sushi, BBW station). The detox water and hibiscus stations at reception and before the restaurant were very welcome. Polite and smiling staff, from the chef to the waiter, to the various maintenance workers who constantly looked after the greenery and outdoor areas, to the bathroom cleaner, to the person who made up our rooms, no one at the reception failed to greet and be friendly. Extremely professional and welcoming from everyone. Very clean beach. Excellent mini club for children, even though the resort is frequented almost exclusively by Polish and German guests, our girls had fun and participated in the activities (especially the evening mini disco and face painting). The playground at the Jazy kids club was also very nice. The shared aqua park just a few steps away, also within the Madinat Coraya complex, is excellent. Even on the busiest days (we stayed before Easter), the service was always very attentive and smooth. And there was also the option to eat there. The evening show in the amphitheater was nice. P.S.: Coraya Divers is also located in the bay, an excellent diving center, with all the staff being professional and helpful.
