Well that's us come to the end of our 10 days in Jasmine so I'll leave my honest review. Starting off with our private transfer from Hurghada Airport to the hotel, arranged by Sara Mohamed. It was perfect, great quick way to arrive. Reception staff upon checking in were happy and helpful. We had 2 separate rooms being a family of 5, but they put us very close together. Superior rooms were clean and everything worked, they were cleaned every day, we had no complaints there, fresh bottles water in abundance were put in our fridges daily, not that we used much as we drank squash and water from the pool bars most days. The grounds are immaculate and the pools are cleaned daily, they also change the pool filters throughout the day. The main activity pool was heated and the others were only slightly cooler. We spent most of our time by the activity pool. There are lots of activities put on each day throughout the day, but we didn't take part in that many as we were happy sunbathing and playing with the kids in the pool. Evening entertainment started about 2030hrs with a kids disco followed by another show which all the family could enjoy. We did book all the restaurants except Indian and Mexican, but this was due to the food not being suitable for our kids palettes. The Chinese was nice but the portions were a little big for my small kids, so I ended up trying to eat all their leftovers. The Italian was good, but im not convinced the "sea bass" was really sea bass. They had real sea bass in the main buffet restaurant. On to the buffet restaurants, we all enjoyed the selection of food every evening, there is plenty for everyone to chose from, some I tried others I didn't, but that is just my personal choice. I drank their beer most evenings, the glasses they served the beer in was warm, but I think this was just because they came out of the dishwasher, but the beer was cold. Cocktails were nice, I did get a little carried away one evening, so yes you can get drunk on their alcohol. We did 2 trips while we were here, Valley of the Kings through Getyourguide, and quad bikes in the desert and a camel ride, this was sorted with Sara Mohamed. All in all it was a pretty awesome holiday, which we all enjoyed. Would I come to this hotel again? I would, but generally we are a family who always like to stay at different hotels every time we visit or revisit a country. But I do recommend this hotel to anyone. Forget about the rubbish reviews, I couldn't fault the place. Oh I forgot to mention, we drank drinks with ice and ate salads, no-one got poorly. If you want a late check out (can be up to 1800hrs) just ask reception after 2pm the day before you go home. We got one with no issues.
Had the best holiday in Jasmine Palace Resort and Spa. Right from the moment we arrived all the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Would just like to say a massive thank you to Ibraham at reception. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and even organised something special for my son’s birthday. Also to Adel the lifeguard at the kids pool, thank you the kids had a fab time and he always got us sunbeds around the pool. We as a family will definitely return.
It was incredible! The entertainment, the staff, the service. Amazing! Brilliant for family’s looking to do excursions, we did snorkeling over the red sea and quad biking in the desert! A party on monday night and evening entertainment every night. Transfers to the hotel from the airport was very easy to find!
