this was hands down the best resort we have stayed in , the service was just exceptional. we plan to come back again in future. both my daughters didn't want to leave this place.

we loved the park like property design and gardening of the hotel. the buggy service was great, especially with kids. the food was outstanding and all outlets were good quality. The dining options as part of half board were amazing (14 outlets). the rooms are renovated and spacious. Only the AC was really cold and we needed to set it to 26 degree to have around 22 degree.

Very nice resort, clean and full of activities. However, on the last day they charged me 1400 Dirhams extra ( around 380 US) for a barely visible scratch my 2 years old drew on one of the single chairs. I found that extremely inappropriate and exaggerated, and I was fuming. I never thought a classy resort like this will try to take advantage of their guest in such manner.
