The pools are amazing, we were in a group ranging from 3-80yrs and everyone loved the pools. Plenty of space for people to spread out. The hotel is in a lovely setting, taking you away from busy Hau Hin, creating its own little paradise. The staff were so friendly too, especially at the Fountain bar. We played Archery a few times which was great.
Beautiful location, standard accommodations, breakfast has a variety of options, but during my stay, there were quite a lot of guests, which made the waiting time fairly long. Good activities for children, friendly staff, and a service-minded attitude. The food in the club was not very diverse, but overall, I was impressed and the staff provided excellent service.
