Just got back from a week at this wonderful hotel. There were 8 of us and a toddler staying. The staff on reception were all amazing, good informative check-in by Adrian and all our rooms were near each other as requested. Everything is spotlessly clean and considering the amount of rain we had at times everyone worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum. Loved the Rui fit programme, especially the stretching classes. Thank you for a wonderful holiday 🥰
This hotel is excellent. We have stayed in many many hotels but this one was exceptional. The standard of cleanliness was staggering it was spotless. The staff were all excellent. Helpful, happy, full of fun and had the time to make our Granddaughter feel special and had some fun with her. The food and choice was superb and of a high standard. There was absolutely no problem getting sunbeds by the pools every day. The evening entertainment was also very good and a high standard. The little extras like an evening of free popcorn and candy floss was a bonus. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. The location was also excellent and we felt our Granddaughter was totally safe on the complex at all times.
Lots of large pools, all-day programs, and water competitions. Huge selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel's location is great, with a promenade between the hotel and the ocean.
