We had a wonderful stay in Awali with our 18-month-old baby. The facilities, the room, the food, and the service were all top-notch. The included activities were a real treat (snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, paddleboarding, tennis, etc.). We felt completely confident leaving our baby at the kids' club. The staff answered all our questions and went out of their way to find solutions. Everything is done to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you to all the staff!
This is the kind of place that is out of your dreams. From the moment you step foot in the hotel until the moment you’ll leave you feel pampered, welcomed, as part of the family. The service is impeccable: almost all employees take complete responsibility to make your stay the best one yet. Food’s great, kids club fantastic, room beautiful, beach gorgeous, the heated family pool amazing. We’ll try to come back as soon as possible!
The beach was great. The food was good, though perhaps not varied enough. The kids' club was very well organized, and the activity leaders were fantastic. The sports club was very well equipped, and the staff were very friendly.
