the location with its private beach and garden and pool worthy of a hacienda; very comfortable room and beds the staff is attentive, special mention to the top kids club we were upgraded to a deluxe family suite without it being mentioned to us, very classy
We really liked the rooms that were big and spacious for a family of 4. The pools were wonderful and we enjoyed them a lot. The location was also good, as we were able to travel around without driving for too long. Hospitality was very good, they had mistaken something in our reservation and went out of their way to make us satisfied and comfortable with the solution they had offered us and we really did appreciate that.
Great hotel. Also, I have a celiac kid. They arranged a great breakfast and lunch for her. Pancakes, bread, cereals, cake... for lunch pasta, fries, and mini burger. All gluten-free. Very recommended by me.
