Our stay at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa was truly exceptional, and what made it even more memorable was the incredible team who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Sardor at reception for the warm and smooth check-in experience, and to DM Marzouk for room 9001 Housekeeping, especially Charles, surprised our kids with thoughtful touches like coloring books, and the turndown service by Zen was simply delightful—he even crafted a cute towel toy for our daughter, which absolutely made her day! We also had a great experience at Sharkey’s Bar thanks to Rizwa, whose friendly and attentive service stood out. Last but definitely not least, a big thank you to Roopesh, the bellboy who assisted us during checkout with efficiency and kindness, leaving us with a lasting positive impression. It’s these personal touches and genuine hospitality that make this resort so special. We will definitely be returning!

A good family hotel with excellent service

Advantages: - The main advantage is not so much the hotel itself, but its location - the ocean: clean, warm, calm Indian Ocean. You will not find such clean and warm water anywhere else in the Emirates. - The buffet is extensive, but monotonous. You won't go hungry, but you won't get any aesthetic pleasure either. - The staff's attitude. When checking in, they upgraded my room for free and allowed me to check in earlier than the check-in time. When checking out, they arranged for a late check-out at a fee. I was very pleased with Shemali, a Russian-speaking guy from Tajikistan, who was very polite and helpful at the reception. - The waiter Ganga is a very decent and good person, he made a free cocktail because he didn't warn us that cocktails are not included in the all-inclusive after 10 p.m. This is how you can tell if a bar is good or not. I highly recommend Sharkey's bar. - The room service is excellent, especially the work of Himali. It's always quick, clean, and tidy. We are very satisfied with the service. - Transportation to any location in the Emirates. Negative: - the food is monotonous and the same every day, it's a matter of getting used to it))) - all the sunbeds on the beach are occupied from the very morning. It feels like visitors get up at 7 a.m. and take all the sunbeds, because even at 9 a.m., there are no empty spots left... but there are also no people: everyone is at breakfast, in restaurants, or still asleep. This is the saddest part. - Otherwise, we didn't find any other drawbacks. Overall impression: A good family hotel with compact infrastructure and excellent service. The water on the coast is simply wonderful, even during strong waves the water remains clear. The main advantage of this resort is its direct access to the sea and a large swimming pool. In addition, there is an excellent organization of events, ranging from morning exercises to Halloween. In general, my family and I were quite satisfied, an all inclusive vacation at the end of October for two adults and two children cost a reasonable amount of money. I can definitely recommend the Rotana Hotel for a visit.

We stayed for 1 night with 3 children of different ages. The hotel was excellent and the children enjoyed the pool and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I highly recommend to this hotel.
