Families talk about the kids club

The line of sight at the pool, where you can see your kid anywhere, makes pool time relaxing. We did not try the kids club, but the attendants let my social daughter join their games at the pool, and the kids at the club were well-lifeguarded while swimming.

Amazing stay at Disney

We stayed at Four Seasons Orlando at Disney World in May 2024 with another family and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish and truly made our stay special. The pools were perfect for all ages, and our kids absolutely loved the lazy river and splash pad. There was something for everyone to enjoy, whether relaxing by the pool or spending the day having fun in the water. Breakfast was delicious each morning and a great way to start our day before heading to the parks. We also took the shuttle to Disney twice, and it was very clean, convenient, and easy to use. If you're looking for a luxury resort experience at Disney World, we highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice stay, high level of service

We had a very nice stay at the Four Seasons Orlando and found the service to be good across the board. The team consistently delivered a high level of attentiveness and professionalism, which made the trip smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to John Dechmerowski and the entire concierge team, who were extremely helpful in planning our Disney and Universal experiences for our son. They also arranged thoughtful treats in our room ahead of arrival, which was a great touch. Marie on the concierge team deserves a huge shout out as well — she was able to secure a VIP tour at Universal Epic Universe / Super Nintendo World on just one day’s notice, which was incredibly impressive and a highlight of our trip. We spent our first day enjoying the pool area, including a private cabana. The lazy river and splash pad were both excellent and made for a relaxing and fun start to the vacation, especially for our child. It’s a very well-designed pool experience that balances both relaxation and family-friendly energy. The character breakfast was also very well done. The characters come around to each table, which allows you to enjoy your meal without constantly getting up, and the overall experience felt smooth and thoughtfully organized. Room service food throughout our stay was very good as well — high quality and reliably delivered. The resort worked well as a home base for our park days. It’s especially convenient for Disney, and while it is a bit farther from Universal, we found it manageable. One area for improvement would be the valet system. While the staff themselves are friendly and courteous, the process needs refinement. On two occasions, requests to have our car brought up did not go through, and one time we waited approximately 30 minutes at the front entrance. That experience felt below the level we would expect. Overall, we had a very positive stay with strong service and some standout moments, particularly from the concierge team.

Remember the water shoes!

Wonderful hotel as others have mentioned! We had 4 kids with us and all 4 kiddos had cuts on the bottom of their feet after using the main pool. The worst was my 3 year old’s. Big gashes at the bottom of both of his feet. The pool bottom is rocky concrete and not a smooth surface so it must have happened around the zero entry area of the pool. Staff was great and offered us waterproof bandaids (they had plenty!) so that he can continue using the pool. I looked into ordering water shoes from Amazon but it wouldn’t have arrived in time. We were only there for 3 nights over July 4th weekend. Just wanted to write this in hopes to save another little kid’s feet!! Bring and use those water shoes!
