If I could give it a higher number of stars, My wife and I have done a lot of traveling. We've stayed in all types of hotels. This by far, has been the best experience we've had. We went with a toddler and a 6 yr old. The staff was super attentive not only to us but our kids as well. We arrived early on a red-eye flight. They were be able to get us a room early in the morning. The front desk staff would bring out different props/toys to cheer our kids up. The staff is constantly pampering you. The experience was so amazing, our oldest said that when we go back to Dubai, we have to stay there. They have a kids club which both kids enjoyed. The pool area is very spacious and kids of all ages and swimming skills can enjoy. The food selection is amazing. I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the team
Service at the Four Season's Dubai Jumeira Beach was excellent. Sameer, Anastatia, Kareem, Mauzum & SE went well above our expectations to ensure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommended location for convenience, large rooms, great pool, super calm beach, short commute from airport and above all customer service. Thank you so much!
Property is amazing, grounds are amazing, staff is very friendly. Next to hotel is a club with club music and attracting party girls for single man in the hotel. in front of the beach they have build a new island, so gone is the ocean view it is construction view (and noise). at 1000usd per night this is a sad story.
