This hotel was perfect for our holiday with a 4 year old and 5 month old. They facilitated a room upgrade and early check in. All staff were brilliant with the children and our eldest enjoyed a session at the kids club. The buffet restaurant was amazing, easier with the children than visiting the other restaurants but the food quality was outstanding. Would definitely visit again.
Buffet breakfast was amazing, food was great quality. Kids club was a hit and free for 2hrs daily, giving us parents some time alone to spend in the adults pool. All staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big. Gym had a lot of equipment which was great.
We had a really lovely stay at Fairmont the palm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Staff member Mariam really made my daughter happy. As she was very friendly, great customer service, happy and became friends with my daughter and made her stay pleasant. She was always looking out for the staff as they really kids friendly.
