Family friendly resort

PROS - The property is super baby friendly! We stayed for a weekend with our 14month old and had a great experience! We were able to request for a baby crib, diaper pail, and baby bath tub before arrival so everything was already in the room by the time we checked in! There was even a treasure chest of toys that my baby can pick a toy from before we were shown our room. - The family pool was huge! There were 3 pools, 1 in the front and 2 in the back. The one in the back had a pool that was only 1 foot deep which was perfect for my 14 month old toddler as he was able to walk around the pool while holding my hand. - Amaya, the on-property, restaurant was delicious! We had dinner there and sat in the terrace to enjoy the views. - There’s literally something to do for all ages! CONS - Unfortunately we didn’t use the humidifier since there was mold - There was no complimentary toiletries in the bathroom like toothbrush/paste, comb, shaver. My husband went to ask for a shaver and they said they’ve run out so we had to buy it from the gift shop. - We were not aware the bell service required a huge lead time. After waiting for 30mins, we ended up taking all our stuff out ourselves because we were on a time crunch.

Extraordinary Experience at the Fairmont

We had such a remarkable stay at the Fairmont. This is the hotel with the best customer service in the world. Pre-trip, they connected with us to ensure our group was taken care of. During the stay, multiple times they randomly gifted our three kids some cute gifts. The Kids Explorers was incredible! The pickleball / tennis courts were gorgeous. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Best hotel experience, and I literally am in 100 hotels/year

10/10 – We'll be back!

We just finished a six-night stay as a family of four, and the day before checkout I told my wife I wasn't ready to leave. That pretty much sums it up. The hotel reached out before we even arrived to ensure a smooth check-in, which set the tone nicely. Christian Scherping, Diana Cortese, and Bella Valente all stood out for the genuine warmth they showed our family throughout the stay. What really set this place apart was how the team treated our kids. There's a difference between tolerating children and truly welcoming them. The staff here clearly do the latter, and it showed in every interaction. Shoutout to Mr. Baseem at the Amaya restaurant. He was incredibly kind and patient with our daughters in a way that felt personal, not rehearsed.
