The bed was very comfortable and most of the staff was polite and willing to help. Special mention goes to a waiter who helped us with our luggage on the day of our arrival, even though it was not part of his duties. The room service food was also very tasty.

The definition of a 5-star hotel. Sparkling clean in all areas, the room was very large and well-maintained, very polite staff. Breakfast had tremendous variety and extra organic products from the hotel's farm. A short drive from the center of Ioannina and 3 minutes to the exit for Egnatia. Truly value for money with a sense of real luxury.
