We had a wonderful experience at Ela Excellence Resort. Everything about our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. A very special mention goes to the kids club and the amazing team who made our child’s holiday extra special. The kids club was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, with so many fun, creative, and well-organized activities. The staff were caring, energetic, and attentive, making sure our child was happy, safe, and entertained every day. It was wonderful to see how much effort was put into creating unforgettable experiences for young guests. The resort is truly family-friendly, with plenty of activities designed for children, while also offering great facilities for parents to relax and enjoy. Our child had an amazing time and created beautiful memories. Another thing we really appreciated was the overall crowd and atmosphere at the resort. The guests were pleasant, the environment felt comfortable and family-oriented, and it created a very positive holiday vibe throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly cleaned. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices, and the restaurants, pools, beach area, and entertainment options were all fantastic. The entire team showed great attention to detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to everyone at Ela Excellence Resort for giving us such a beautiful and memorable holiday. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this resort, especially for families looking for a perfect vacation with children.
Food and drinks were excellent. Kids club was great. Hospitality staff mostly brilliant, as well as the kids club staff. However found the reps and reception staff very frustrating at times when sorting any issues or questions, such as billing enquiries booking restaurants and reporting issues.
A huge kids' club, teenage clubs, excellent play areas with billiards, foosball, board games, and a VR zone. A spa area with a bar. Our eldest son particularly liked it as there were many peers, and they played football every day. The family room is super.
