I love coming back every year – simply beautiful and relaxing.

The hotel and the park are truly beautiful – very well-maintained and clean. There's also plenty to keep children entertained. Our daughter loves Paulino and the Kids Club. Claudia is the heart and soul of the Kids Club. She organizes all the activities with so much love and dedication. The animals – rabbits, ducks, turtles, and fish – are a real attraction for the kids. The cleaning staff was very efficient, thorough, and polite. The service is also excellent – it was always a pleasure to joke around with Luca or Anna at breakfast.

Great location, poor hospitality

The breakfast selection was very good, with a wide variety of options. Both the breakfast and restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location by the lake is beautiful, and the walking path along the lake was one of the highlights. The landscaping and overall atmosphere of the property were also very relaxing and enjoyable.
