The building (the newer section) and garden are beautifully preserved. Some parts of the property (the buildings) are showing their age, but they are aging gracefully, and this has its own character. The outdoor pools are very pleasant, and there's a fantastic area with an artificial beach and a children's pool with attractions. A free shuttle bus to town runs three times a day.
Wonderful property, with spectacular gardens and truly magnificent grounds featuring a stunning spa, delightful lagoon pool and generous, clean and nicely decorated rooms. We had a truly excellent stay here in room 512 of the Mas Florian. A mention to housekeeping team, and especially to Audrey, how truly made us feel welcome. Also Luna at the bar was very pleasant and friendly to our family. The staff are great and very professional, and I have to say again that the gardens are IMPECCABLE ! It is really a stunning property ! We had our young daughter with us and the lagoon pool with sand is simply genius!! However , a couple of few points I thought worth mentioning : - not once did anyone come around at the Lagon pool to take orders etc. Each time we had to go up to the bar and request something . A bit poor for a hotel of this standard? Each time we had to go and ask for towels also, made it feel rather awkward. Sitting at the pool with a pregnant lady and small child, a little offer of water or something is surely not too difficult to manage? - €26 to park our car per night? No thanks.. we just went for standard outdoor parking. - We were double charged for breakfast one day. I pointed this out and was told sorry, mistake it was from the first day we stayed… however on the day we arrived we made it to the property at 16:30? Thankfully the hotel solved this additional false charge but still doesn’t leave a good feeling, and as we are living locally, a simple gesture such as ‘drink on hotel next time etc for the inconvenience of charging you an unnecessary €90’ would have gone a long way… Aside from these though - special property! Would definitely like to return.
