Hotel is lovely, very big. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a great size with plenty of room for everyone. They had tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, great view. The hotel wasn’t overly noisy even with lots of families. Lovely spa facilities and excellent facilities for children in the children centre. Pool and slides were good. Plenty of food options in the restaurants but can get very busy. My only dislike of the hotel is that the pools depth were not suitable for small children. My daughter and nephew age 8 were not able to stand in any of the pools as they were all 1.40 depths. Most children had to wear/buy floats. For a hotel with 10 pools this is not great as they should have pools with smaller depths. The hotel also does not provide irons for guests to use so if staying here, bring your own.

We arrived at 5:50 AM, with check-in scheduled for 2:00 PM. We were offered breakfast at the 24-hour restaurant. This was a great help for my children, as there were no cafes at the airport. We had breakfast and went to the beach to wait for our room to be ready. We had a wonderful early morning. A late breakfast is available from 10:00 AM, and after a long walk, we happily decided to have some tea and a snack. Our room was ready at 11:00 AM. The hotel has a doctor, free of charge. They brought us a new thermometer for our personal use, free of charge. The beach, the entrance to the sea, the sand—everything was wonderful. The sea was very warm. Calm in the morning, but the waves in the evening were pleasant to jump in. The area itself was pleasant. There's a nice, large children's area, and a dining room in the children's area where everything is prepared fresh. It's better to dine there with children. I understand there's stricter control over the freshness of the food and a lower chance of catching rotavirus. I was told this area serves lunch and dinner. There's also a 24-hour restaurant serving à la carte dishes, which is also a good option, especially if you're staying for a couple of days (like us) and don't want to catch rotavirus. We stayed at the hotel for three days. We had a wonderful time on two days, but on the third, we got food poisoning. P.S. I liked the beach area for those staying in the villas. It's separate, with some sun loungers on the lawn, a nice awning on the lawn, sun loungers with mattresses, and a bar counter just for villa residents. I didn't go out on the sand, but the sand area is also separate for villa guests.
