The best stay we have had at a Conrad

We already had high expectations for a Conrad as we have stayed at our fair share of them in the Asia region these last few years. Conrad Koh Samui exceeded every and any expectation we had. From the moment our transfer dropped us off from the airport until our departure from the Conrad Koh Samui, the staff were absolutely phenomenal. My man Bill throughout our entire stay took care of us and ensured we had everything we needed whenever he saw us. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa for a modest fee and it was well worth it and we would do it again no questions asked. Our villa was nothing short of amazing and our daughters never wanted to leave as it had everything we needed and more. If anything I was somewhat bummed that we scheduled out of resort excursions as it took away time from being at this resort. The food was next level, the drinks were amazing, and the service was 👌🔥🔥🔥 If we didn’t have another stay coming up at Conrad Bangkok and activities we could not cancel we would have extended our stay. We will be coming back as soon as we we can. Some things to consider: Make sure you don’t need dinner reservations. One night we went to Azure without a reservation, the second night we tried to go they said we needed one, we didn’t know this. We opted for in-villa dining and the food was great. Due to the unique location and how the resort is setup you need to be transported via golf cart everywhere on property. If you have the time, take the complimentary Iris Farm tour; we absolutely loved it. Lastly, the kids club was geared to younger kids however our 11 year old was still entertained. Most touristy spots and shopping are on the other side of the island and are 45 min to an hour away. Closest 7/11 is 10 min away (small and very limited).

Unforgettable Anniversary Stay – Perfect for Families!

We visited Conrad Koh Samui to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, the stunning panoramic ocean view took our breath away, and we were warmly welcomed by Nan, who made our trip truly special. Her bright smile, positive energy, and thoughtful care throughout our stay were beyond exceptional — even better than any butler service we’ve experienced. Thanks to her, this became our most memorable anniversary ever. There are so many activities to enjoy here — the farm experience, coffee and tea workshops, ocean activities, and even an exciting fire show. The organic farm was especially wonderful for our kids, giving them fun and meaningful memories. We also want to thank Fuse from the Kids Club for being so kind and engaging — our kids loved visiting just to see him! He always make our kids fun and happy:) Marco the GM, all other staff, from the farm and Tea House to the breakfast restaurant and buggy drivers, were also always smiling and helpful. Delicious food, beautiful views, and amazing staff make this resort a place we’ll definitely return to — and one we highly recommend to everyone.

An amazing stay

Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view villa at the Conrad for 6 nights. We had an incredible stay. The villa is spacious, immaculately kept and with all the comforts we required. The villa is serviced daily, with a turn down service each evening. There was always a little treat left which is a lovely touch to come back to. The best feature of the villa was the infinity pool. Having our own pool to relax and swim in throughout the day was fabulous. To get around the resort, there is a buggy service. The staff are always so happy and efficient. Most days we only wait a few minutes for a buggy. The morning breakfast buffet was amazing. A great variety and selection of food. The staff were always offering us extra items and sections. The lovely touch at breakfast was that Marco, the general manager or his team were always at hand to have a chat and give recommendations of activities and the local area. We dined at all the onsite restaurants and can highly recommend Jahn. It was a lovely dining experience. We also did the Thai longboat experience to pig island and snorkelling. My son and husband also did the JetSki experience which they thoroughly enjoyed. We loved our stay at the Conrad and will definitely be back. It’s the ultimate family holiday where service was wonderful and the staff always ensuring our expectations were being met.
