The staff were excellent, especially the ladies at the children's play area; they were all very patient and played with the children.
Super great staff, super clean, super nice view. I had a flying ticket issue, so I contacted the hotel to move the booking date and they accepted with pleasure without adding any penalties. Thank you for your kind understanding
