absolutely amazing with impeccable service we took our 2 kids+ spouses and 3 grandchildren for 5 nights !!
This property hits all the marks for luxury, style and family vacation needs. If you have kids in that lazy river/waterslide age group, but also want a luxury vacation the adults will enjoy, and beautiful restaurants, this is your place. If you want a luxury beach vacation without the lazy river crowd, they have areas for that, too.
Staying at The Cloister was amazing. My family and I stayed in a suite and the staff, restaurants at the hotel were amazing. In fact, we went to most restaurants twice! The rooms were spacious and I slept very well. I also enjoyed the pool and highly recommend renting a cabana the staff was fantastic. My only let down was visiting the beachside of the hotel. It wasn’t the same quality as the rest of hotel. Putting that aside I would absolutely go back to the hotel.
