Calista Luxury Resort

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with small children. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. One thing we particularly appreciated was their WhatsApp guest relations service — responses were always extremely prompt, and most of the time whenever we requested something, someone would arrive to help or bring what we needed within just five minutes. It made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a great kids’ club, heated pools, and a compact layout that actually worked perfectly for us as we were traveling with our baby. Everything was close by and easy to access, which made getting around with a little one much less stressful. The food at the buffet was really good, with plenty of options. A very useful detail for families that isn’t mentioned in the listings: they have lots of high chairs, and they are good quality too. The beach was another highlight — very clean sand, plenty of sunbeds, and a really relaxing atmosphere. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the live music after dinner around the main bar. The music was lovely and created such a nice atmosphere, and it was especially great to see so many parents able to enjoy the evenings comfortably with their little ones. Overall, a very well-thought-out, family-oriented resort with excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.

We vacationed as a family with a child, and we all liked it very much. The hotel left only pleasant impressions. The restaurant offers a wide selection of food — every day you can find something new and tasty, everything is fresh and diverse. The staff is very attentive, always ready to help, creating a sense of care and comfort. I want to highlight the mini-club separately — the child was thrilled and did not want to leave at all. The mini-club is very large, with many entertainments. There are separate rooms for the smallest children who are still crawling, as well as separate napping rooms, which is very convenient. We were there in early April, so the restaurant in the mini-club was not yet operational, but it's clear that during the season, everything is thought out to the smallest detail there. Next to the play area, there is a large covered playground — this is a huge plus, especially if the weather is not quite summery. The lobby in the main building is cozy, and live music plays in the evenings, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I really liked the Asian à la carte — the rolls are indeed tasty, which is rare for hotels. There is also an excellent café-bar on the beach, where you can comfortably spend time by the sea. I want to highlight the modern "smart home" system separately — it is very convenient that the doors to the room can be opened directly from the phone. I also liked the spa complex: a good hammam, a cozy atmosphere, and there are warm pools both outdoors and indoors — you can relax at any time of the year. Overall, the vacation turned out to be wonderful, and we would happily return again. 💛

Very good place for families: warm swimming pools inside and outside, warm spa. We have been there in the rain weather and it was important for us. The staff help us very quickly. The kids club was wonderful with a lot of fun for children: workshops, wood toys making, cooking, cinema and Lego. Good design and new furniture. The food was delicious and varied.
