The hotel is definitely not 5*

They helped carry our bags. The room was clean, all necessary amenities were in the bathroom and a gift from the hotel (wine). There are rabbits, geese, and a turtle living on the territory. My child really liked it. There is a mini-club with a pool for the smallest children. Many places to eat. We had two rooms and at our request, we were given rooms next to each other. The rooms were located in a separate building, so nothing was heard (ideal for families with children). Even before the rooms were issued, we were given bracelets and allowed to use all the services, but they did not give us cards for towels, so we could only go eat. There aren’t many slides, but for a 4-year-old child, it was more than enough.

Overall it was okay, if I had to start over I wouldn't go to the SPA at all and I would ask to change the room because of the AC.

The most pleasant aspect related to the property is the extremely generous GREEN AREA. Considering the high temperatures that most people coming to Antalya are not used to, the green area (large and small trees/flower or plant arches/lawn) helps a lot for thermal comfort! The food was very good in general (it is diversified) - I don't quite understand why the taste of the fruits is lacking (I expected it to be something very tasty considering that most fruits are imported from Turkey - and the taste of those imported is better than those served at the resort). Also regarding the meals - they have an outdoor grill and everything is made live. Throughout the day you can find food at discretion in different areas of the resort. The pool area - is okay in terms of surface area, they have different depth zones, perfect even for children! I think a system needs to be implemented to prevent towels (provided by the hotel during the stay) from being left to effectively block sunbeds (on the beach or at the pool) by inconsiderate people - who occupy the place all day and in reality probably sit there only in the morning!

The best holiday destination with children.

The green surroundings are beautiful, the hotel garden is fabulous. The club room was great. Everything was very close to the accommodation. The cleanliness, the cleaning was perfect. The food, service and the staff were impeccable.
